Referral program

The GoMining referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting friends to use the platform. You receive rewards for your referrals’ actions, such as purchasing new miners (generate), upgrading them, and using boosts in the MinerWars game.

Rewards are credited in GOMINING tokens, which can be used for future purchases on the platform, covering maintenance costs, or boosting your performance in MinerWars.

You can also withdraw GOMINING tokens to your wallet:

How to withdraw GOMINING token rewards

1. How to invite friends to GoMining?

You can invite friends using your unique referral link, available on the referral program page.

Share your link via email, social media, or messengers.

A user will only become your referral if they have not previously signed in to GoMining or accessed the platform through promotional or other referral links.

2. What actions by my referrals earn me rewards, and when?

You can earn:

  • 5% from miner purchases: Rewards are calculated from the amount spent by referrals on miners (excluding discounts and cashback). Miners purchased on the secondary market (resales) do not count toward rewards.

  • 5% from upgrades: Earn 5% from amounts your referrals spend on increasing miner power or energy efficiency.

  • 5% from MinerWars boosts: Rewards are calculated weekly based on the tokens spent by referrals on boosts in MinerWars.

Rewards are credited in GOMINING tokens at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

  • For purchases and upgrades, rewards are credited immediately after payment confirmation.

  • For boosts in MinerWars, rewards are calculated cumulatively at the end of each cycle (every Tuesday starting at 12:00 UTC) based on all boosts used by your referrals during the past cycle.

For payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay, rewards are frozen for 90 days. If no refunds are requested during this period, the rewards are credited to your wallet.

You can see the volume of frozen rewards from Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions in the "Upcoming Rewards" section.

3. Where can I view referrals and rewards?

On the referral program dashboard, you will find:

  • The total number of registered referrals.

  • The total amount spent by referrals on purchases, upgrades, and boosts.

  • The total rewards received and the rewards pending crediting.

A table with filters is also available, allowing you to sort by date, type of action (registration, purchase, upgrade, boost), and status (calculated, credited, canceled, or refunded).

4. What happens if a referral’s purchase is refunded?

If a referral refunds a purchase:

  • Rewards in the calculated status are changed to canceled and will not be credited to your wallet.

  • Rewards already credited to your wallet (credited status) will be marked as refunded. Future rewards will be reduced until the refunded amount is fully compensated.

5. What should I do if rewards are not credited or are incorrect?

If you believe your rewards are incorrectly calculated or not credited:

  1. Ensure your referrals' actions meet the program’s requirements.

  2. Verify that your referral’s registration is recorded in the rewards table. (Note that the referral program only applies to new users registering for the first time).

  3. Check that rewards are calculated based on the purchase amount after applying discounts and cashback.

  4. Review the transaction status on the dashboard.

  5. If the issue persists, contact support through the “Help” section, providing transaction details.

6. What are the restrictions on using the referral program?

  • Advertising with a referral link is not allowed in advertising networks.

  • When promoting the referral program, false information about the service cannot be used, especially terms such as: free, return on investment, 100% profitability, etc.

  • Creating multiple accounts for the same user is prohibited.

If a violation is detected, the user may be excluded from the referral system, and payments will be suspended. In case of serious violations, the service has the right to block the user's account or impose other sanctions.
