# GoBoxes ### What is a GoBox? A GoBox is a digital mystery box with prizes you can earn in the GoMining ecosystem — most often by reaching a new VIP level. You can preview the prize list and drop chances before opening. The prize is determined fairly using Bitcoin blockchain data. ### How do I get a GoBox? Mainly through the VIP Program — you receive GoBoxes each time you reach a new VIP level for the first time. If you skip several levels, you get GoBoxes for each. Boxes stay in your account even if your VIP level drops, but regaining a lost level doesn’t give you more boxes. Other ways to receive a GoBox include miner creation, miner upgrades, or participation in raffles. Available methods may vary — check the GoBox page in the GoMining app for the most up-to-date information. ### What are GoBox collections? GoBoxes are grouped into collections, and the rewards inside depend on them. Collections (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) are linked to VIP program levels. The higher your level, the more exclusive the collection and the more valuable the prizes. Some collections are limited. GoBoxes from limited collections are available only while the collection is active. You can view all collections on the GoBox page — both active and not active. ### What prizes can I win? Depending on the collection — promo codes, bonus miner days, miners, GOMINING tokens, GoMiners keys, collectible pictures and more. ### How long do I have to open a GoBox? **7 days** from receiving it. After that, any unopened GoBox becomes inactive and can’t be opened. ### How is the prize chosen? All prizes are placed into numbered cells with known ranges. When you open a box, the system calculates a winning cell number using Bitcoin blockchain data, your box’s unique number, and the winning number from the previous box. The prize linked to that cell is yours. ### Where can I find my GoBoxes? In **Promos → GoBoxes** in your account, or in the VIP Program and Promo widgets on your Home screen. ### Can I receive a GoBox for VIP levels I reached before the GoBox feature was launched? GoBox is a new incentive program that started working only from its launch on **August 15, 2025 (19:00 UTC)**.
