1. What is a bonus miner?

The bonus miner is a free miner that allows you to test how mining works. It’s a great way to explore the capabilities of our service and serves as extra motivation to use all its features.

To keep the bonus miner running and earning BTC rewards, you need to complete tasks. The more tasks you complete, the longer the miner will work.

• Task rewards: completing tasks extends the bonus miner's operational period.

• Bonus miner rewards: rewards depend on pool performance and the Bitcoin exchange rate on the settlement day. Rewards earned by the bonus miner are credited to your balance. Withdrawals are only available after purchasing a real miner.

2. How to activate the bonus miner?

The bonus miner will appear in your Mining farm upon registration. You can activate it anytime on the bonus miner page. Once activated, tasks will become available.

3. How does the task system work?

The task system helps extend the bonus miner’s operational period.

• Steps to complete tasks:

  1. Find available tasks on the bonus miner page or in the "Promo" section

  2. Complete tasks within the given time frame (read the full task description carefully)

  3. After completing a task, click “Claim” to receive the reward

• Extension: each completed task adds a specific number of days to the bonus miner’s operational period.

4. What types of tasks are available?

Most tasks are related to using the service and are designed to familiarize you with its features. The tasks available to each user are assigned individually.

Additionally, tasks are divided into different difficulty levels. Available tasks depend on your progress and actions in the GoMining service:

• Level 1: tasks available without additional conditions

• Level 2: tasks available only after generating a new miner

• Level 3: tasks available only after upgrading a miner

New tasks for your bonus miner may appear at any time.

GoMining reserves the right to modify or remove tasks before they are completed.

5. What if a task is not credited?

If you’ve completed a task but it hasn’t been credited:

1. Ensure the task was completed according to the instructions and within the given time frame.

2. Confirm that you clicked “Claim” on the task card after completion. Only then will you receive the reward.

3. Check if the task has moved to “Inactive.” If it shows the status “Completed”, the reward has been credited. If it says “Expired”, you missed the deadline.

4. If the issue persists despite following these steps, contact support via the “Help” section.

6. Can rewards earned by the bonus miner be withdrawn?

Rewards earned by the bonus miner become available for withdrawal only after purchasing (generating) a real miner of any power. This prevents abuse and ensures system fairness.

Purchasing a miner on the secondary market, receiving it via a crypto wallet, or through any other means apart from the service does not fulfill the requirement

7. How does the bonus miner work in Miner Wars mode?

• If you don’t own a digital miner, you can use the bonus miner to participate in the Demo Mode. Learn more about it here.
• The bonus miner earns points per second equal to its power, increasing your probability of winning a round.

• When calculating clan rewards, the bonus miner’s power is considered for rounds in which it was active.

8. How does the bonus miner affect maintenance fees and discounts?

• The bonus miner’s power influences the VIP discount, and this discount applies to the bonus miner’s reward calculation.

• The bonus miner’s reward calculation includes the service button discount.

• The solo mining discount does not apply to the bonus miner’s rewards.

• Bonus miner rewards and power are excluded from the token-based maintenance fee discount calculation.
