Our digital miner collections help you overcome major barriers and make it easy for you to start mining. *** ### On which network did we issue digital miners? The collections are issued and distributed by BMINE on the Ethereum, BSC, Solana, and TON blockchains. The exact network depends on the collection. *** ### What are the unique features of digital miners? Our digital miners are backed by the real, constantly growing computing power of physical data centers. By purchasing them, you take ownership of a portion of that computing power, which is already engaged in mining Bitcoin. For holding digital miners, you will receive daily mining rewards in BTC based on the amount of your mining power and energy efficiency. What's more, our digital miners are crypto works of art that can be sold on any public marketplace. *** ### What are the rarity values for digital miners? The rarity of each digital miner has 11 various parameters, each one coming in different variants. They are: * Basement (floor on which the miner stands) * Body (miner body) * Buttons (control panel slot) * Bottom fan (cooler slot on the bottom) * Top fan (cooler slot on top) * Items (items placed near the miner) * Screen (miner screen) * Stickers (stickers on the miner's body) * UI (image on the screen) * Upgrades (body kit) * Walls (background walls) * Down Fan (double fan)

You can find your digital miners: * In your GoMining personal account in the Mining farm section * In your MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and any other wallets outside of our service that store your digital miners *** ### What do I have to do to receive BTC mining rewards? After you purchase a digital miner, you will start receiving BTC rewards in [Mining mode](/faq/mining/mining-mode). They will accumulate in your virtual wallet balance, and you can withdraw them anytime. You can switch to the [Miner Wars](/faq/mining/miner-wars) mode, start playing, and receive game rewards. # Computing power ### Overview Computing power is one of the most important characteristics of our digital miners. {% hint style="info" %} In general, the computing power of a miner is the amount of computational resources, typically measured in hashes per second (H/s), that a device or network is capable of contributing to the process of verifying and adding transactions to a blockchain. {% endhint %} Our digital miners, just like real ones, have computing power as they are **backed up by the power of real miners** in the data centers. Each of our digital miners is initially configured with computing power for mining. The computing power of the digital miners by GoMining is measured in TeraHash/s (TH/s). > 1 TH = 1000000000000 H By purchasing a digital miner, the holder takes ownership of a portion of the computing power of the device fleet, which is already engaged in mining Bitcoin. The more computing power your digital miner has, the more rewards you get in [Mining mode](/faq/mining/mining-mode), and the more potential to win you have in [Miner Wars](/faq/mining/miner-wars). Also, the total computing power of all your digital miners determines your [VIP level](/faq/promos/vip-program), regardless of the mode. You can find the total computing power of all your digital miners in the Mining farm section. {% hint style="info" %} Another important characteristic of our digital miners is energy efficiency — learn more about it [here](/faq/energy-efficiency). {% endhint %} ### Power upgrade You can upgrade the computing power of your digital miners to get more rewards. We've introduced a gradation of 20 power levels: 1 TH/s equals level 1, and 5000 TH/s equals level 20. The main feature of this differentiation is the unique upgrade price of moving from one stage to another. Our goal is to make the upgrade cost less than buying a new miner of the appropriate power. The higher the level of your digital miner, the cheaper it will cost you to buy additional hashrate. To increase the performance of your digital miner, just: 1. Go to the Mining farm page and select the digital miner whose power you want to increase 2. Click on the Upgrade button and select Power 3. You'll see all the information about the available upgrade and its cost Upgraded miners can be sold on the secondary market and upgraded again to a maximum power of up to 5000 TH. # Energy efficiency The value of our digital miners is based not only on their [computing power](/faq/computing-power) in TH, but also on their energy efficiency in W/TH. {% hint style="info" %} Energy efficiency is the rational use of energy to provide a specified level of computing power. More energy-efficient mining decreases the overall level of energy consumption and, as a result, reduces the negative impact of mining on the environment. {% endhint %} Our digital miners, like real ones, use energy when mining. This is because the mining process takes place in a **real blockchain network**. That's why you pay electricity fees when you receive mining rewards. ### Energy efficiency VS Electricity fee **The lower the W/TH of the digital miner, the lower the electricity fee**, which is deducted from your rewards. And so the net reward is higher. The cost of electricity is variable and depends on various factors. For calculations, we always take the average electricity cost for the project over the billing period. It ranges from $0.05 to $0.07 per 1 kW. {% hint style="info" %} For example, the cost of electricity is $0.05, and your digital miner is 8 TH. Then, the electricity fee per day is: * (20 W/TH \* 8 TH) \* $0.05 \* 24 / 1000 = $0.192 — for miner with energy efficiency 20 W/TH * (15 W/TH \* 8 TH) \* $0.05 \* 24 / 1000 = $0.144 — for miner with energy efficiency 15 W/TH * (12 W/TH \* 8 TH) \* $0.05 \* 24 / 1000 = $0.115 — for miner with energy efficiency 12 W/TH {% endhint %} Since the electricity is paid in USD and accruals from the pool are made in BTC, we recalculate the cost of electricity daily at the BTC rate at the time of payment. ### Energy efficiency upgrade You can upgrade your digital miner by boosting its energy efficiency. The more energy-efficient the miner, the higher your rewards. That's because miners with higher energy efficiency require less electricity and have lower electricity fees. To upgrade your miner, go to the Mining farm section, select the digital miner whose energy efficiency you want to increase, click Upgrade, and select Energy efficiency. Then choose the energy efficiency to which you want to upgrade the miner. Upgraded miners can be sold on the secondary market and upgraded again, up to the best energy efficiency currently available on the platform. # Subscriptions * [Miner Subscriptions](/faq/subscriptions/miner-subscription)\ This subscription model is designed to help you upgrade your miners more easily.\ With it, you can regularly improve your miners' performance over time. * [Platinum+ Subscription](/faq/subscriptions/vip-platinum+-subscription)\ Platinum+ is a paid monthly subscription that gives you VIP privileges and bonuses, no matter what your current VIP level is.\ It’s the fastest way to get premium benefits without increasing your mining power (TH) or holding veGOMINING votes. {% hint style="warning" %} Platinum+ is not part of the VIP Program and does not affect your VIP status. {% endhint %} # Miner Subscription The subscription automatically increases your miner power every month. Think of it as buying permanent power upgrades on a monthly schedule — not renting. ### Why subscribe * All upgrades you receive stay with your miner permanently, even after cancellation * Earn up to +8% bonus TH for staying subscribed * Automatic monthly power increases — no manual actions needed #### How does the bonus work? Stay subscribed longer to get a **bonus** with each upgrade. The bonus increases every month, giving you more TH for the same price. | Consecutive Payments | Bonus | | -------------------- | -------- | | 1st payment | No bonus | | 2nd payment | +2% TH | | 3rd payment | +4% TH | | 4th payment | +6% TH | | 5th payment onward | +8% TH | ### Available subscription options #### Create a new miner with a subscription Your first payment generates a new miner from the Mine Box collection. The miner is yours permanently, and its power grows automatically each month. #### Upgrade an existing miner Subscribe to an existing miner to increase its power monthly. #### Which miners are eligible? Your miner must meet all these requirements: * Located in your GoMining virtual wallet * Power below 1000 TH * Energy efficiency above 12 W/TH * Not selected for TH reinvestment * Not from the Greedy Machines collection #### Are there any restrictions applied to subscribed miners? While your subscription is active, the miner can’t be: * Sold * Withdrawn or minted * Selected for TH reinvestment Each miner may have only one active subscription at a time. ### Payment and Billing Subscriptions can be paid either by bank card or cryptocurrency, depending on the method chosen at the time of subscription setup. * **Bank card subscriptions:** You can update your payment card at any time. However, the card currently linked to the subscription cannot be removed until the subscription is cancelled. * **Crypto subscriptions:** You can switch to any other supported cryptocurrency. Changing the payment method from card to crypto (or vice versa) is not supported. {% hint style="info" %} Subscriptions with Apple Pay are no longer available {% endhint %} #### What happens if my card has insufficient funds? Your subscription will not be cancelled automatically — we'll retry charging your card. **Your bonus level is preserved** during payment issues. If payment succeeds after skipped months, you keep the bonus level you had before the failed payment. ### How to cancel a subscription 1. Go to Profile, then tap Subscriptions 2. Select the subscription you want to cancel 3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm **After cancellation:** * Future monthly upgrades stop immediately * All TH already added to your miner remains permanently {% hint style="info" %} If you cancel your subscription, your **bonus resets to 0%**. If you resubscribe later, you'll start building the bonus from the beginning. {% endhint %} # VIP Platinum+ Subscription ### What is the Platinum+ Subscription? **Platinum+ Subscription** gives you access to Platinum I VIP privileges, no matter what your current VIP level is. It’s the fastest way to unlock top-tier benefits without having to upgrade your mining power or hold large amounts of tokens. ### Does the subscription change my VIP level? No. The **Platinum+ Subscription** does not change your VIP level. Your VIP status will remain the same before, during, and after your subscription. ### What benefits does the subscription provide? With an active **Platinum+ subscription**, you get the following benefits: * Access to Platinum I privileges * A 15% discount on boosts purchased in Miner Wars {% hint style="info" %} The 15% subscription discount on boosts does not stack with [GoMiners Avatar discounts](/faq/marketplace/gominers-avatars#what-benefits-do-i-get-from-owning-an-avatar). The highest discount will apply by default. {% endhint %} However, the Platinum+ subscription does **not** offer GoBoxes as rewards for reaching VIP levels. Instead, you can earn GoBoxes only by advancing through the VIP levels on your own. ### Who can get a Platinum+ Subscription? Any user can activate a **Platinum+ Subscription**, regardless of their current VIP level. If your VIP level is already higher than Platinum I, activating a **Platinum+ Subscription** will not take away or change your current privileges. ### Can I activate the subscription if my VIP level is Platinum I or higher? Yes, you can. If your VIP level is Platinum I or higher, you will keep all the privileges of your current VIP tier. With Platinum+, you keep your benefits. If your VIP level drops below Platinum I, you will still have access to all Platinum I perks as long as your subscription is active. Plus, with Platinum+, you get a 15% discount on boosts in Miner Wars for as long as your subscription is active. ### What is the subscription cost, and how can I pay? * Subscription price: **$29.99** per 30 days * Each billing period lasts 30 days. You can pay for the subscription using: * A bank card (processed through **Ecommpay**) * **GOMINING tokens** from your account balance ### Can I change my payment method? At the moment, you need to cancel your active subscription and then re-subscribe using your new card or account. We are working on a feature that will let you update your payment method directly without canceling your subscription in the future! ### How long does the subscription last, and what happens when it ends or is canceled? Subscriptions renew every 30 days. If a payment fails, your **Platinum+ subscription** will end, and all benefits will be removed. If you cancel your subscription manually, you will keep your **Platinum+** benefits until the end of your current billing period. Your VIP level will not be affected by either action. You can reactivate **Platinum+** at any time by making a new payment. ### Can I try the VIP subscription for free? Yes! Sometimes, we offer a VIP subscription for a limited time during special promotions or as a thank-you to active members. # Collections ### The Mine Box (ETH, BSC, TON) The Mine Box is a collection with random trait generation. # Buying and selling ### Where can I buy digital miners? We recommend purchasing digital miners through your GoMining personal account. {% hint style="success" %} **Why is it better to buy miners on our marketplace?** * You don't have to worry about their authenticity. * They will automatically appear in your personal account and start earning you daily BTC rewards right after purchase. * You get immediate customer support that guides you through the whole process. {% endhint %} We constantly check the blockchain transactions so we won't miss your purchase. We also recheck the availability and ownership of each miner before sending out rewards. ### How can I buy miners? You can buy a miner in your [personal account](https://app.gomining.com/) by creating your own miner or by purchasing on our [Marketplace](https://app.gomining.com/marketplace) (available only for those who already have at least 1 miner). #### Create miner 1. Log in to your GoMining personal account. 2. Go to **My miners.** 3. Click **Create miner**. 4. Choose the power and energy efficiency of your future digital miner 5. Pay with any payment method you like: by crypto or fiat. The list of payment methods varies by region. 6. Done! You'll receive your first BTC reward in just 24 hours {% hint style="warning" %} **For in-app purchases via Apple, Google, and Ecommpay**\ We need up to 90 days to verify your purchase. Until then, you'll not be able to list your miner for sale or withdraw (mint) it from your virtual wallet to another crypto wallet. {% endhint %} #### Buy on the marketplace {% hint style="info" %} Available only for those who already have at least 1 miner. {% endhint %} 1. Log in to your GoMining personal account, go to **Marketplace** 2. Choose any miner you like and click **Buy** 3. Select the receiving wallet address. It could be: 1. **Ethereum wallet**\ Only for miners issued on the Ethereum network. If necessary, you can add it during the purchase. 2. **BSC wallet**\ Only for miners issued in the BSC network. If necessary, you can add it during the purchase. 3. **TON wallet**\ Only for miners issued in the TON network. If necessary, you can add it during the purchase. 4. **SOLANA wallet**\ Only for miners issued on the SOLANA network. If necessary, you can add it during the purchase. 5. **GoMining Virtual wallet**\ Suitable for all miners. You can send miners from this wallet to your external wallet at any time. 4. Click **Pay**. You can pay only with GOMINING tokens (ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, and Virtual):\ When you click **Pay**, you reserve the miner, so you've got 1 hour to complete the payment. If you don't, we will cancel the reservation when the time is up 5. Select payment network:\ Select the network of your wallet address you want to pay from. It's okay if the payment network and wallet address differ from the receiving ones. 6. Send the total amount to the indicated address: \ Log in to the wallet for which you've selected the network in the previous step. Send the exact amount to the wallet indicated on the payment page. 7. All done! Your miners will be stored in your receiving wallet and in your [personal account](https://app.gomining.com/) in the Mining farm section. Your rewards for owning purchased miners will be displayed in the Rewards section. *** ### How to pay in installments? #### What is Mine Now, Pay Later? **Mine Now, Pay Later (MNPL)** lets you get a miner right away and pay for it over time. Instead of paying the full price upfront, you make a small first payment, and the rest is charged in equal monthly installments. {% hint style="success" %} Your miner starts mining at full power immediately. {% endhint %} The plan includes: * Only the installment fee * Fixed monthly payments (charged every 30 days) * No interest or hidden charges Also, you can have multiple active MNPL installment plans at the same time. #### Who can use Mine Now, Pay Later? Any registered user can choose this payment method if it’s available in their region. {% hint style="warning" %} If a single payment or installment exceeds $1,000, you’ll be asked to complete KYC before continuing. {% endhint %} #### How do MNPL payments work? MNPL splits the miner’s price into a 25% upfront payment and equal monthly installments. Payments are charged automatically every 30 days. {% hint style="info" %} *Example* If your first payment is on **June 10**, the next ones will be charged every 30 days: * **July 10** * **August 9** * **September 8** {% endhint %} Mining starts immediately after the first payment and continues as long as installments are paid on time. #### How can I pay? You can pay your installments using the following methods: * **Card** * **Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, or USDC):** You can use a virtual wallet, Coinbase Pay, or Binance Pay. * All installment amounts are set in USD. The crypto amount is calculated using the live exchange rate at the moment of payment. {% hint style="warning" %} Once you choose a payment type (fiat or crypto) for installment payments, it cannot be changed later. All future installments will be charged using the selected method. {% endhint %} #### Where can I see my MNPL plan? You can find all your active and past MNPL plans in the **Profile → Pay later** section. #### Are there any restrictions until I finish all payments? Yes. While the plan is active, some actions are temporarily unavailable. You can’t: * Sell the miner * Mint the miner * Upgrade the miner (including subscription upgrades and reward reinvestment) Once the plan is fully paid, these restrictions are removed. {% hint style="warning" %} Upgrades become available immediately, while minting and selling unlock after 90 days. {% endhint %} #### Can my miner be confiscated? Yes, but only if your MNPL payment is more than 27 days overdue. Before that: * You’ll receive reminders. * Mining pauses after **7 days** of non-payment. * You can still restore the plan by paying the missed installment. Once the payment is made, mining resumes immediately. #### What does MNPL qualify for? * **Raffle tickets** You receive a ticket for each successful installment payment. * **Referral, bounty, and ambassador programs** MNPL purchases qualify the same way as regular miner purchases. * **VIP program** All MNPL payments count toward your VIP progress from day one. * **Bonus Miner task** A miner bought with MNPL fully qualifies for the task. *** ### Where can I sell miners? You can sell miners in your GoMining personal account in the **Selling** section. They will be listed on our Marketplace. You can also sell the miners on any public NFT marketplace, such as OpenSea. ### Where can I find my miners? You can find your miners: * In your GoMining personal account in the Mining farm section * In your MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and any other wallets outside of our service that store your digital miners. It's okay if the wallet creates several collections for your miners, since we have different smart contracts for each collection # Mining Our digital miner collections are introducing new game mechanics along with numerous bonuses and advantages of owning miners. Check out all the benefits of using passive and active mechanics. It's important that you choose the right way of using our miners according to the goals you'd like to achieve. Currently, there are two modes: * [Mining Mode](/faq/mining/mining-mode) — receive daily mining rewards by simply buying and holding digital miners * [Miner Wars](/faq/mining/miner-wars) — create or join a Clan and battle for weekly BTC and GOMINING rewards You can always change your mode and try different ways of getting BTC rewards. *** ### How to switch mode Mode switching happens automatically when you: * **Join or create a Clan** — switch to Miner Wars * **Leave a Clan** — switch to Mining Mode *** ### How switching modes affects rewards **What you need to know** * Mining Mode rewards are distributed daily for the full previous day (00:00 – 00:00 UTC) your miners were in Mining Mode * Miner Wars rewards are distributed weekly after the full previous cycle (Tuesday 00:00 – Tuesday 00:00 UTC) is completed #### **What happens when you switch modes** * **Switch to Miner Wars:** You will not receive Mining Mode rewards for the day you switched. * **Switch to Mining Mode:** You will start receiving BTC rewards the day after tomorrow, after completing one full day (00:00 – 00:00 UTC) in Mining Mode. Additionally, you will receive any Miner Wars rewards earned during the week of the mode change. *** ### How often are mining rewards credited? In Mining mode, rewards are calculated and credited to virtual wallets once a day from 02:00 to 05:00 UTC (approximate time) and sent to connected BTC wallets until 18 UTC (if the sending threshold is reached). Moreover, the amount of reward depends on the current BTC price, because we deduct maintenance fees in BTC. *** ### Why do I have to pay for maintenance? As you know, each digital miner from our collections is supported by the power of a real fleet of devices. This is what allows our digital miners to mine bitcoins for you. When buying a digital miner, you are purchasing a portion of existing ASICs, each one of which requires maintenance. Our service center does it 24/7 on its own, and you are only required to pay a fee daily. It’s important to note that the prices we offer for this service are much lower than market prices, and the quality is much higher. *** ### How are the electricity costs calculated? The service costs for each digital miner in the collection are calculated using the following formula: Service = 0.0089$ / BTC course in USD \* computing power The uptime of our devices is 99.8%. This high uptime is achieved due to the timely service and round-the-clock monitoring by our on-site technical support engineers. Service is a calculated value. Based on statistics from past years, service charges for 1 TH per day is $0.0089. As with electricity, we will calculate the cost of service daily at the BTC rate at the time of payment. The monthly cost of maintenance is calculated and approved for a period based on the results of an internal audit. *** ### Who pays transaction costs for distributing rewards? Transaction costs are paid by the team. All payments from the pool are commission-free. Why so? We send 1 transaction to a huge number of wallets at once, so the commission per user is minimal, allowing us to ignore it. # Mining mode Mining mode is available to all digital miner holders. The amount of your rewards depends on the volume of THs that your miners bring you. The more computing power you have, the higher your mining rewards are. # Miner Wars ### What are Miner Wars? Miner Wars is a free, competitive blockchain-based game that simulates Bitcoin mining through clan battles and personal competitions. Players join clans to compete for BTC rewards and earn GOMINING tokens in personal battles. A Clan is a basic game unit in Miner Wars. It consists of other players who own digital miners and combines their stats — total hash power and average energy efficiency. Clan capacity is limited to 1000 members. You must join a Clan to participate in the game. ### How to choose a Clan To join an existing Clan, simply review the list of available teams and choose one. **When choosing a Clan, consider the following:** * **Points-per-second rate** (PPS) is the key factor in determining victory. It shows how fast the Clan earns points. A higher rate pushes the Clan toward victory * **League** determines the Clan’s possible reward multipliers. Higher leagues offer larger BTC payouts * **The number of participants** indicates how many players are in the Clan * **Total rewards** reflect the Clan’s success in past Miner Wars battles BTC rewards for winning are distributed among Clan members based on their personal miners' stats. If you join a large team while your miners have low power or poor energy efficiency, your share of the winnings may be insignificant. You need to decide for yourself which Clan suits you best. A more powerful Clan will often win, which can bring you many small rewards. Teams with a small hashrate can also win, but the possibility is lower. However, in the case of such a victory, your share will be much larger, which can bring you a large amount of rewards at once. ### Can I join any Clan? Clans can be moderated and public. To join a moderated Clan, you’ll need to wait for the Clan Owner’s approval. Please be aware that your request might be declined. If the Clan is public, you will become a member automatically after submitting your application. **Entry requirements:** Clan owners can set entry requirements for **minimum miners' power (TH)** and **minimum GOMINING balance**. If you don’t meet these requirements, you won’t be able to join the Clan or send a request. {% hint style="info" %} Bonus miner power is excluded from entry requirements. Only the power of your personal miners counts. {% endhint %} ### How to become a Clan Owner Clan can be created only by users with Gold I+ [**VIP status**](/faq/promos/vip-program) (100+ TH or 1000+ votes). {% hint style="warning" %} You can create **up to 3 clans per calendar year**. {% endhint %} The Clan Owner receives a 5% commission of the GOMINING tokens won by Clan members, can invite others to join, accept or reject membership requests, and remove members as needed. The Clan Owner can choose to play solo and is not required to invite anyone to the Clan. If the Clan Owner wishes to leave the Clan, ownership rights will also be assigned to the team member with the highest number of terahashes. These rules apply to all Clans except those in which there is only one member who also acts as the Clan Owner. #### What happens if the VIP status drops below the required level? If your Clan is less than 30 days old, it will be deleted. Otherwise: * If the VIP status changes more than 24 hours before the end of the cycle (Tuesday 12 am UTC), Clan ownership will remain with the current user until the end of the cycle. To maintain Clan ownership, the user must **increase their VIP status to Gold I** by this deadline. If the Clan Owner fails to meet this requirement, ownership will transfer to the member with the highest TH amount on the following Tuesday of the cycle. * If the VIP status has decreased below Gold I less than 24 hours before the end of the cycle, then the user will have the rest of that day and another week before the end of the next cycle. If, by this time, the VIP status is not increased to Gold I or higher, Clan ownership will be transferred to another player with the highest TH. #### Clan logo requirements When creating or uploading a Clan logo, please follow these rules: * Use JPG or PNG format, up to 2 MB * The logo must be original and created specifically for your Clan * Don’t include trademarks, company names, or third-party projects * Keep it respectful — avoid references to religion, nationality, or culture * Make sure it’s appropriate for everyone: no offensive, obscene, or aggressive content ### Clan exclusion If you are not the owner of the Clan, your membership can be revoked without explanation. If this happens, your mining farm will automatically be switched to Mining Mode. To continue playing, you need to join another Clan to switch back to Game Mode. # Game Mechanics The main task for players is to accumulate points throughout the round. Each player has a personal score that accumulates automatically in rounds every second, based on the total power of all their miners and their average energy efficiency. The Clan Score is the total of each Clan member’s personal scores. The more points, the greater the chance of the clan to “mine” the block, and for an individual miner to win in a personal battle. 2 factors affect the number of points in a round: 1. Points-per-second rate of each player. 2. Spells and Power-ups. Paid time effects influence either the rate of points collected or the final total of user points in the current round. ### What is the Points-per-second rate (PPS) Your PPS rate shows how fast your Score grows during a round. It includes your base PPS plus the effect of any active spells that increase PPS. Your base PPS rate depends directly on the total power of your miners (TH) and their average energy efficiency. We calculate your PPS using this formula: $$ PPS = \text{user TH} \times \frac{\text{base EE}}{\text{user EE}} $$ Where: * `user TH` — the total power of all your miners (in terahashes) * `base EE` — a constant currently set at 20 W/TH (subject to change) * `user EE` — your miners’ average energy efficiency, including bonuses (e.g., - 1 W/TH from the Cryptilian avatar) For example, if your total power is 1 TH and your average energy efficiency is 15 W/TH, your base Points-per-second rate would be: > PPS = 1 × (20 ÷ 15) ≈ 1.33 points/sec {% hint style="info" %} Your base PPS is always calculated using this formula and depends only on your miner power and energy efficiency. Boosts, spells, and Cryptiles avatar do not affect your base PPS. {% endhint %} This system rewards users who upgrade to more efficient miners and helps keep the game balanced. The higher your power and the more efficient your miners, the faster your score increases. ## How do Leagues work? In Miner Wars, all gameplay takes place in Leagues — competitive groups where Clans battle for rewards. The League System is designed to reward top-performing Clans and encourage strategic growth. There are **4 Leagues**. **Odyssey, Eclipse, and Horizon** have fixed clan capacities and their own prize funds. **Dune** consists of a dynamic number of divisions, each with its own prize fund and approximately 50 clans.

### How promotion and demotion work At the end of each weekly Cycle, Clans are promoted or demoted based on their performance. The decision is determined by: * Number of blocks mined * Total computing power (TH) (second priority) * Clan ID (used if other metrics are equal) #### Moving between fixed-capacity Leagues Clans move between **Odyssey, Eclipse, and Horizon** every Cycle based on their ranking: * The bottom 5 Clans in Odyssey are demoted to Eclipse * The top 5 Clans in Eclipse are promoted to Odyssey * The bottom 5 Clans in Eclipse are demoted to Horizon * The top 5 Clans in Horizon are promoted to Eclipse #### Moving between Horizon and Dune Movement between **Horizon and Dune** depends on how many **Dune divisions** are active in the current Cycle. At the start of each Cycle, players in Dune can see how many Clans will be promoted to Horizon from each Dune division in the **cycle briefing**.\ These numbers are also available on the **Leaderboard** at any time. Dune divisions are reshuffled every Cycle to keep competition fair.\ New Clans join the **most recently created division** or the **division with the fewest Clans**. ## What is a round? Miner Wars is played in rounds that are directly linked to the real Bitcoin blockchain. Each game round corresponds to one real Bitcoin block. When a new block is confirmed in the Bitcoin network, the current game round ends. A new round starts immediately after the previous one is closed. Because Bitcoin block times are not fixed, round duration may vary. This makes gameplay more dynamic and unpredictable. On average, players take part in 120–150 rounds per day. ### How can I track Bitcoin blocks myself? You can follow real-time Bitcoin blocks using a Bitcoin blockchain explorer. For example, This website shows the same real blockchain activity that Miner Wars uses to determine round transitions:
On the right, you see already mined (confirmed) Bitcoin blocks. Each confirmed block represents a completed round in Miner Wars. On the left, you see upcoming (estimated) blocks. These blocks are not mined yet; they are only predictions of what the next blocks may look like. Miner Wars rounds do not end based on these estimates. A Miner Wars round **ends only when a new confirmed block appears on the right**. As soon as this happens, the current round closes, and a new one starts immediately. ### Round multipliers Each round is assigned a multiplier, depending on how many blocks are mined simultaneously. The multiplier boosts your rewards, increasing them by up to x256. The range of available multipliers depends on the League in which the round is played: | League | Multipliers | | ------- | ----------- | | Dune | x1 – x32 | | Horizon | x1 – x64 | | Eclipse | x1 – x128 | | Odyssey | x1 – x256 | The multiplier is determined at the beginning of each round. In fact, this is an indicator of the number of blocks won at one time. That is, if a clan/player, for example, wins a round with an x32 multiplier, then this counts as 32 rounds won. Since the reward fund is limited, the multipliers only affect the weight of each round in the distribution. This means that if there were 129 rounds during the day, 128 of which had an x1 multiplier and were won by Clan A, and one round had an x128 multiplier and was won by Clan B, then these Clans will receive half of the total prize pool each. Rounds are played with multipliers x1, x2, x4, x8, x16, x32, x64, x128, and x256. The average coefficient for the multiplier is x2 (this value can be changed). So, the approximate sum of all multipliers per Cycle will be 2 times more than the number of rounds. Multipliers apply to both Clan competitions and personal battles. # Spells & Power-ups Spells and Power-ups let you boost your score and gain an advantage during a round. The exact value of each spell may vary from cycle to cycle and is displayed directly on the item in the game. {% hint style="warning" %} Spell and Power-up parameters are subject to change by the company at any time. We may adjust these features for optimization, balancing, or experimental purposes. {% endhint %} *** ### Spells #### Miner service Gives you extra points and a cumulative maintenance discount. * **Instant points:** equal to your PPS × 1000 * **Maintenance discount:** +0.3% per consecutive day of use, up to a maximum of **3%** (after 10 days in a row) #### Instant boosts Add points to your score instantly. Useful at any point in the round — ideal for catching up if you joined late. {% hint style="warning" %} Instant boosts take effect with a **3-second delay**. Points are valid for **5 minutes** — if the round ends within that window, you receive them. {% hint style="warning" %} You won't receive points if the round ends before the 3-second delay, or more than 5 minutes after the points appear. You can set up different strategies for each round multiplier, add GOMINING tokens to the bot, and let it work around the clock, even when you’re offline. #### How do I access Spell Bot? You can access the **Spell Bot** in two ways: * **From the Main Screen:** Tap the Spell Bot indicator to open the setup menu. * **Via the Spells Menu:** Open the **Spells** section in the game menu and select the **Spell Bot** option #### Is Spell Bot safe to use? Will I get banned? **Spell Bot is completely safe to use.** Because it’s an official GoMining feature, not a third-party tool, you won’t get banned for using it. It always follows the game’s rules. #### How do I set up the Spell Bot? 1. Add GOMINING tokens to your Spell Bot budget. 2. Pick a multiplier (from **x1 up to x32 or x256**, depending on your league) and select which spells you want the bot to use for that multiplier. 3. Set how many times you want each spell to be cast, then save your setup. The bot will automatically cast your chosen spells whenever a round with that multiplier begins. #### What is a Setup? A setup is a group of spells you choose for a specific multiplier. Each multiplier can have its own unique setup. For example, you might use a simple, low-cost setup for x1 rounds and a stronger, more expensive setup for **x8** rounds. #### Can I add the same spell multiple times in one setup? No. If you try to add a spell that is already in your list, you will see an error. To increase the impact, use the **+** button to increase the quantity of that specific spell. #### How does the Spell Bot budget work? Spell Bot uses its own budget, which is separate from your main wallet. You need to move funds into the Spell Bot budget to let it cast spells automatically. You can take your tokens out of the Spell Bot budget and return them to your main wallet whenever you want. #### How to find the setup cost? When setting up a new configuration, look at the **Total** field at the bottom of the screen. This shows you the estimated cost for your chosen spells. This is the number of GOMINING tokens that will be deducted from your Spell Bot budget every time the bot activates your chosen spells. #### What happens if my budget runs out? How does spell priority work? If your Spell Bot budget is low, the bot will cast spells in the order you set, stopping when there aren’t enough tokens left for the next spell. When your Spell Bot budget runs out, the bot will stop working, and all your setups will be disabled until you add more tokens. #### Does Platinum+ work with Spell Bot? Yes! If you have a [Platinum+ subscription](https://help.nft.gomining.com/faq/subscriptions/vip-platinum+-subscription), you automatically get a 15% discount on every spell the bot casts. #### Can I still cast spells manually while the bot is active? Yes, you can. Spell Bot and manual casting work separately. You can manually cast Instant Boosts or Power-ups at any time, even while Spell Bot is running. *** ### Power-ups #### Power-up Multiplies your base PPS by 100 until the end of the round. Cost scales with your base PPS — the higher your PPS, the more it costs and the stronger the effect #### Clan power-up Increases the base PPS of every Clan member for the current round. For example, if you use Power-up and get 100x base PPS, the first Clan power-up activation gives you 101x, the second gives 102x, and so on. *** # Rewards Miner Wars rewards are distributed weekly. Each **Cycle** runs from Tuesday 00:00 UTC to the next Tuesday 00:00 UTC. Two types of rewards are distributed: * **BTC** — for Clan competition winners * **GOMINING tokens** — for personal battle winners ## Who wins and how Winners are determined **within each League**. This means that both players and Clans compete only against others in the same League. At the close of the round, we count the score of each player. Then we count the score of each clan: > clan’s score = ∑ personal score Where ∑ personal score is the sum of all personal scores of the clan’s players. In each round, two winners are determined: a Clan and a separate miner. ### The winning clan Once the clan score for each Clan is calculated, we calculate a winner. #### Step 1. We take the hash of the closed block and convert it to a value in decimal notation For example, if a block is closed with a hash equal to 0000000000000000000002d306eca5333c80bce42c57cdfa32398e599d5519cc460. Its value in decimal notation is `270516535066034331572171579187041234861424580702815328` #### Step 2. At the same time, the system calculates the total score and randomly distributes all the clans by intervals. Look for the interval that contains the value of the remainder of the division, and determine the winner. 144064 is between 100000 and 175000, indicating that Clan C is the winner of the round. So it has mined the calculated block. Miner Wars will last indefinitely as long as the Bitcoin blockchain remains operational and real mining pools mine its blocks. ### The winning player The exact same scheme is used to determine the personal winner. Here, the system sets sorting users according to random intervals within their clan. Let’s look at the example of the winning clan C. Let’s assume that there are 3 members in the clan: James, Felicia, and the Clan’s owner, Patrick. For convenience, let’s decide that each of them has one digital miner. As we remember, the interval of pool C is from 100000 to 175000. Leagues in Miner Wars have their own prize pools: BTC for Clan competitions and GOMINING tokens for personal battles. ### BTC Rewards BTC fund collects pool rewards that all league players would have earned in Mining mode. The amount of BTC that will be distributed for each round is calculated using the following formula: > round reward = current round multiplier / total number of multipliers in the cycle \* BTC prize pool \* (round power / average round power in the cycle) The BTC prize fund is distributed among all Clans that have won at least one game block during the Cycle. The calculation is based on closed rounds for the period. The sum of all blocks is determined by the sum of all multipliers of all rounds won by the Clan. `Round power / average round power in the cycle` ratio is close to 1. It slightly changes the reward depending on the difference between the total power in the current round and the average power among all rounds in the cycle. BTC rewards are distributed among clan members based on their power. It is important to remember that maintenance fees are deducted from each BTC reward. The maintenance fees cover the electricity used by real miners and their data center maintenance over the entire 7-day cycle. The cost of maintenance fees for each round is calculated as follows: $$ \text{round electricity fees} = \frac{ \bigl(kWh \times 24 \times 7\bigr) \times \text{round power} \times EE }{1000} $$ $$ \text{round service fees} = 0.0089 \times 7 \times \text{round power} $$ Where: * Round power is the combined TH of all players in a round * EE is an indicator of your digital miner's energy efficiency. {% hint style="danger" %} If your accumulated game rewards for the cycle exceed the amount you would have earned in Mining mode, a different electricity fee calculation applies. From that moment until the end of the cycle, the electricity fee for the excess rewards (the portion beyond what you would have earned in Mining mode) is determined based on the weighted average energy efficiency of all players in **your current League**. {% endhint %} Thus, the cost for a specific digital miner from the list of round winners will be calculated as follows: $$ \text{Digital miner electricity fees} = \left( \frac{\text{Round electricity fees}}{\text{Multipliers count}} \times \text{Round multiplier} \right) \times \frac{\text{Digital miner TH}}{\text{Clan power}} $$ $$ \text{Digital miner service fees} = \left( \frac{\text{Round service fees}}{\text{Multipliers count}} \times \text{Round multiplier} \right) \times \frac{\text{Digital miner TH}}{\text{Clan power}} $$ Where: * `multiplier count` is the number of blocks per cycle If you want to receive BTC rewards after paying the maintenance, make sure your mining farm is up to date. The system calculates based on the average energy efficiency of all your digital miners. With poor performance, the maintenance fees can take away all the mined Bitcoin from you. Before the final payment to the players, the system takes into account all the discounts they have. The amount of discount for paying for the maintenance in GOMINING tokens, VIP discount, as well as the discount for the Service Button is calculated approximately at 12 am UTC every Tuesday. Users receive rewards for Miner Wars once a week; the maintenance fees in GOMINING tokens for the blocks won will also be deducted once a week for each separate round. ### GOMINING Rewards The prize fund in GOMINING tokens is tied to the Burn & Mint cycle and accumulates during the week from Tuesday to Tuesday. GOMINING is played between the digital miner holders who won the rounds in a personal competition. The prize fund in GOMINING tokens is formed from three components: * 97.5% of all GOMINING tokens used in Miner Wars to pay for boosts and spells also go to the prize pool. 2.5% of the tokens spent on game mechanics go to the development of Miner Wars * Additional GOMINING for winning players in the Odyssey League. These tokens are allocated to this category every week due to the work of the GoMining ve-tokenomics. The veGOMINING vote holders decide by voting how many tokens will be distributed * Additional GOMINING tokens will be added periodically as part of marketing campaigns Just like BTC rewards, rewards in GOMINING tokens are paid to the winners’ virtual wallets once a week on Tuesdays according to the share of blocks mined by the player, but in the personal competition. Unlike BTC rewards, in the case of rewards in GOMINING tokens, the energy efficiency of the mining farm does not matter. This means that even owners of low-energy digital miners can receive rewards for winning personal battles. *** ## What [**maintenance discounts**](/faq/maintenance-fees-and-discounts#maintenance-discounts) are available in Miner Wars? * **Miner Service Button** — a cumulative discount of up to 3% and an extra round score boost. When calculating BTC rewards, we apply the discount accumulated by 00:00 UTC on Tuesday, so don't forget to click the Service button throughout the cycle. The number of additional points is calculated using the following formula: $$ \text{boost} = \text{user PPS} \times 1000 $$ * **VIP discount** — the discount amount varies depending on the number of TH or veGOMINING votes owned. Players will receive a 0.3% discount for the Bronze II VIP level and a 6% discount for the maximum Elite level. * **Maintenance discount for payments in GOMINING** — the largest available discount within our ecosystem. By choosing to pay for maintenance not with bitcoins, but with GOMINING tokens, you can receive a discount ranging from 1% to 20%, depending on the total amount of tokens you hold (including both tokens in your virtual wallet and tokens locked in tokenomics). {% hint style="info" %} If your virtual wallet does not have enough GOMINING tokens to cover the maintenance fees, those fees will be deducted in BTC, and the discount will not apply. \ \ Therefore, it’s crucial to **keep GOMINING tokens in your wallet until rewards and discounts are calculated** at the end of the cycle. {% endhint %} # Rewards ### How do I withdraw my BTC rewards? All earned BTC rewards are accumulated in your GoMining virtual wallet. It is based on how rare the miner's traits are within its collection and the achievements it has earned. ### How is miner uniqueness calculated? The uniqueness of a miner is determined as the average of two factors: * **Rarity Rating** — the rarity of the miner’s traits within its collection * **Achievement Rating** — the number of achievements earned through mining, upgrades, and victories in the MinerWars game $$ \text{Uniqueness Rating} = \frac{\text{Rarity Rating} + \text{Achievement Rating}}{2} $$ Miner uniqueness can increase or decrease since it is relative to other miners. As new miners are constantly added to the service, and existing miners continue to earn achievements, rankings change over time. ### How does a miner enter the Miner Uniqueness Leaderboard? All new miners automatically enter the leaderboard the day after purchase. ### How can I improve my miner’s position in the leaderboard? Once purchased, a miner’s rarity cannot be changed. However, the owner can improve the miner’s ranking by earning new achievements. ### Does the leaderboard position affect the miner’s resale price? The leaderboard position does not directly affect the price of a miner. Only the user can determine the value of a miner’s ranking in the Miner Uniqueness Leaderboard when setting a price. ### How often is the leaderboard updated? The leaderboard is updated daily. Each update takes into account newly purchased miners from the previous day as well as all achievements earned by miners during that period. ### Do different collections have any priority in the leaderboard? No, all collections are ranked using the same criteria. Some miners from older collections may have an advantage because they have been in the system longer and have earned more achievements. *** ## Miner Rarity Miner rarity indicates how rare its components are within a specific collection. This metric can be seen on the miner’s page under the **Rarity** section, as well as in the **Miner Uniqueness Leaderboard** under the **Rarity Rating** column. ### How is the miner’s Rarity Rating calculated? The **Rarity Rating** determines how rare a miner is among all miners in its collection. It is calculated as follows: $$ \text{Rarity Rating} = \frac{\text{Number of miners with Rarity Score} \le \text{this miner’s Rarity Score}} {\text{Total number of miners in the collection}} \times 100 $$ ### How is a miner’s Rarity Score determined? A miner’s **Rarity Score** is the sum of the **Rarity Scores** of all its traits. $$ \text{Rarity Score of a trait} = \frac{1}{%\ \text{rarity of the trait compared to all other traits}} $$ For example, if a specific trait has a rarity of **2.5%**, its **Rarity Score** would be: `1 / 2.5% = 40` In the MineBox collection, trait rarities are predefined. You can check these values when creating a new miner under the Miner Traits section. For other collections, trait rarity is determined at the time of release. For all collections except Gift Box and Party Box, rarity is a fixed value, as these collections are closed and will not receive new miners. ### Can a miner’s rarity change over time? * In closed collections, the miner's rarity remains fixed, so their Rarity Rating does not change. * In Gift Box and Party Box collections, Rarity Score and Rarity Rating are recalculated whenever new miners are added. * In the MineBox collection, Rarity Score remains unchanged, but Rarity Rating is recalculated daily to reflect new miners created the previous day. ### Can I influence a miner’s rarity at the time of purchase? * When creating a new miner in the MineBox collection, you cannot influence its rarity, as traits are assigned randomly after payment, based on predefined probabilities. * For new miners in other collections, you can review their traits before purchasing. * When buying a miner on the secondary market, you can check its rarity rating beforehand. *** ## Miner Achievements Achievements are rewards given to miners for their active participation in the GoMining system. ### What types of achievements exist, and how are they earned? Achievements are divided into several categories: * For mining duration (earned at 100, 500, or 1000 days of mining) * For the amount of Bitcoin mined by the miner (earned at 0.1, 0.5, or 1 BTC) * For reinvesting mined Bitcoin into GOMINING tokens (earned after reinvesting 100, 500, or 1000 tokens) * For mining blocks in the Odyssey league in Miner Wars (earned for each multiplier: x1, x2, x4, x8, x16, x32, x64, x128, x256) * Special achievements — awarded during limited-time events, promotions, or holidays. All of them are tied to upgrading your miner within a specific period. The higher the amount, the higher the achievement tier — and you can unlock multiple tiers at once with a single upgrade. New achievements may be introduced as the service evolves. ### Can achievements be transferred? No, achievements are tied to a specific miner and remain with it permanently, even if it is resold on the marketplace. ### How is the Achievement Rating calculated? Each achievement has its own **Achievement Score**. A miner’s **Achievement Score** is the sum of all achievement scores earned. If your farm is already at or below this level, the ability has no additional effect. #### Luminars — +1 VIP Level {% hint style="info" %} **Release date:** October 16, 2025 {% endhint %} Increases your VIP program level by 1, unlocking better privileges faster. * **How it works:** While the Luminar avatar is active, your account is upgraded to the next VIP tier with all its bonuses and multipliers, without needing to meet the standard requirements. * **Affects:** VIP tier and associated benefits. * **Limitations:** The bonus level is active only while the Luminar avatar is set as your profile picture. After removal, the multiplier immediately returns to your current base VIP level. * **Affects:** Simple Earn yield only. * **Limitations:** Simple Earn may not be available in certain jurisdictions, e.g., the United States. You have two options: #### Claim for free with a key Keys can be found inside GoBoxes — mystery boxes earned via VIP program, raffles, and other promotions. When you win a key, it appears automatically in your profile. To use the key: 1. Go to the **Marketplace → GoMiners** 2. Pick an avatar 3. Claim it. You can store it in your GoMining wallet or any Ethereum wallet linked to your account. Once claimed, the avatar is permanently yours — you can keep it or sell it later. #### Buy on the Marketplace You can also purchase avatars directly from other users on the Marketplace. All benefits will still be available to you as the new owner. The Welcome pack is only awarded once — if the previous owner claimed it, you won’t be able to claim it again *** ### How long is an access key valid? Access keys are valid for **365 days** from the moment you receive them. If you don’t use the key within that period, it expires and is permanently destroyed; the avatar cannot be claimed with it afterward. *** ### How do I use my avatar? As soon as you claim an avatar, most of its core perks activate automatically, but two things require extra action: * **Unique ability**. To enable it, set your avatar as your profile picture. Other users will see it in leaderboards, GoClub (coming soon), and other parts of the ecosystem * **Welcome Pack**. It isn’t shipped automatically. You’ll see a button on the avatar’s page to order it manually *** ### Can I own multiple avatars? Yes, but their **benefits don’t stack**. For example, you won’t get double discounts, and you can't use two unique abilities at the same time. Instead, you can switch which ability is active by changing your profile picture. This way, you can collect avatars from different series and switch abilities depending on your current needs. For example, activate a Human to reduce maintenance costs, then switch to a Sentinel when playing Miner Wars. *** ### Can I sell my avatar? Yes. Tap **Sell** on the avatar card to list it on the Marketplace. While it’s listed, you still keep all the benefits until someone else buys it. # Secondary Marketplace #### Where can I find the Marketplace? Open **Marketplace** from the top menu and select **Miners**. This opens the marketplace, where you can browse all miners listed for sale, use the Hot deals and Auction filters, and open any listing for details. To see and manage the miners you have listed yourself, open **Marketplace** and select **My listings**. #### Who can see the marketplace? Everyone. Any logged-in user can browse listings, open miner pages, and view prices. #### Who can buy? To buy, you need at least one active miner on your account. A bonus miner does not count toward this. #### Why do I need verification (KYC) to buy? Verification is required to purchase on the marketplace. It protects buyers and sellers from fraud. Until your verification is complete, the purchase option stays unavailable. #### Which verification level do I need to buy? You need KYC Level 1 to shop on the Market. #### Can I cancel my sale? You can remove your listing at any time before someone buys it. Once the miner is sold, the sale cannot be cancelled. # Step-Down Auction #### What is a Step-Down Auction? It is a listing where the price drops over time. The seller sets a starting price and a final price. The price then goes down automatically until someone buys the miner or it reaches the final price. There is no bidding: whoever buys first at the current price gets the miner. #### What is a drop? A drop is the automatic price reduction. The price goes down by a fixed amount at a set interval (every 1 hour, 4 hours, or 24 hours, depending on the listing). #### What is the final price? The final price is the lowest possible value the price can reach. It never goes below this. Once the price reaches the final price, it stops dropping, and the miner keeps selling at that price. #### How do I buy? Buy at any moment at the price shown right now. Payment is in GOMINING tokens and is charged instantly. #### I clicked Buy, and the price changed. Why? The price may have dropped between your click and the payment. The system shows you the new price and a notice. Just confirm again at the current price. #### The price stopped dropping. Why? The listing reached its final price. It will not go lower, and the miner keeps selling at that price. #### What should I keep in mind before buying? The price can keep dropping, but waiting is a risk: another buyer can take the miner at any moment. Check the miner's details and ROI before you buy. A completed purchase is final and cannot be cancelled. #### Where do I see the price drop on a miner's page? Open the miner and look for the Price drop row. It shows the status of the descending price for that listing. Tap it to expand the details. This is the same mechanic as a Step-Down Auction. #### The Price drop row says "Ended." Can I still buy? Yes. *Ended* means the price has finished stepping down and reached its final price. The miner is still for sale at that final price. Use the **Buy** button to purchase at any time. # Travel {% hint style="info" %} On the GoMining platform, our rewards program is called **Hashback**. {% endhint %} ### What is GoMining Travel? **GoMining Travel** is a dedicated service within our ecosystem that lets you book hotels directly through our partner Solartrip using your GoMining balances. It connects your digital assets with real-world travel experiences. ### How do I book a stay? You can browse and book destinations in the **Marketplace → Travel** section. To book a stay: 1. Enter your destination, travel dates, and the number of guests in the search bar on the **Travel** page. 2. Browse the results. Use filters (budget, hotel type, or theme) to narrow your choices, then click **Select** to choose your preferred hotel. 3. Scroll to the **Select room** section to view available categories (e.g., Deluxe, Suite). 4. Click **Select** on the specific room offer. Review the *Housing information* and payment terms before completing the checkout. ### Which currencies can I use for booking? At launch, the platform supports payments from internal virtual wallets in three main currencies: * **GMT** * **BTC** * **USDT** ### How does the payment process work? When you select an offer, you can pay directly using your GoMining virtual wallet. After the merchant confirms availability, the system temporarily locks the required amount in your account. The final charge is applied only after your service (for example, your stay) begins. ### Can I earn rewards on my bookings? Yes! Every booking made through **GoMining Travel** is eligible for up to **4% cashback**. No. You can see only your total referral activity and its zones. A detailed breakdown by individual referrals or their specific spending is not shown to protect their privacy. ### What happens if a referral makes a refund? If a referral receives a refund for a purchase, the activity and any royalties from that purchase are deducted from your totals. ### What happens if a referral unlinks or deletes their account? Everything you have already earned from that referral stays with you. Their new activity, however, is no longer counted after they unlink or delete their account. ### Can I change my referral code? GoMining raffles are part of a **Gamified Loyalty Program** — they are **not a lottery or gambling activity**. Instead, raffles are promotional campaigns that give you extra rewards for purchases and actions you already take in the app. Participation in a raffle is always tied to **qualifying transactions** (like buying miners or upgrades). You **never pay an additional fee or place a wager** to join — your regular purchases and actions automatically generate raffle tickets. Each raffle has its own rules, but the more tickets you have, the higher your chances of winning. At the end of the raffle, winners are picked randomly based on a transparent blockchain-based algorithm. Prizes can include GoMiners miners, tokens, and other exclusive rewards. This way, raffles add **a fun and rewarding layer on top of your usual app activity**. *** ### Who can participate? Anyone with a GoMining account can take part in raffles, but most raffles require you to have at least one active miner (besides the Bonus miner) to collect tickets. You’ll start collecting tickets automatically if you meet the raffle conditions — but to appear in the list of participants and be eligible to win, you must confirm your participation by tapping the **Take part** button in the raffle. If you haven’t confirmed, your tickets still accumulate — they’ll be counted once you join. *** ### How do raffle tickets work? You earn raffle tickets with unique numbers by completing certain actions (like creating a miner or upgrading its power). The more you do, the more tickets you get. Conditions for earning tickets may differ from raffle to raffle. > For example, if 1 ticket = $10 spent on upgrades, spending $99 will earn you 9 tickets. Tickets are only awarded after you confirm participation in the raffle. If you’ve already made purchases during the raffle period before joining, don’t worry — they’ll still count once you opt in. *** ### Ticket assignment rules Ticket numbers are assigned only after you confirm your participation. Numbers are assigned sequentially from `0` to `N - 1`, where `N` is the total number of tickets issued in the raffle. If you earn multiple tickets for a single action, like upgrading a miner, they’ll be assigned consecutively. If two users make purchases at the same time, the user with the lower user ID gets their tickets assigned first. If a qualifying purchase is later canceled, the associated tickets become inactive, but their numbers remain in the system. A GoBox is a digital mystery box with prizes you can earn in the GoMining ecosystem — most often by reaching a new VIP level. You can preview the prize list and drop chances before opening. The prize is determined fairly using Bitcoin blockchain data. ### How do I get a GoBox? Mainly through the VIP Program — you receive GoBoxes each time you reach a new VIP level for the first time. As you know, each miner from our collections is supported by the power of a real fleet of devices. This is what allows our digital miners to mine bitcoins for you. When buying a miner, you are purchasing a portion of existing ASICs, each one of which requires maintenance. Our service center does it 24/7 on its own, and you are only required to pay a fee daily. To calculate your daily net reward, we deduct the maintenance fees (electricity and equipment service) from your pool reward, taking into account all your maintenance discounts. The discount amount varies depending on the number of TH or veGOMINING votes owned. The button becomes available again at the start of a new UTC day (00:00 UTC). This means you can click the **Service button** at any time between 00:00 and 00:00 UTC each day to keep your discount. Click on "MetaMask", and the extension window will automatically open in your browser. 3. Select the wallet you’d like to link to your GoMining personal account. Click «Next». 4. Allow viewing the active addresses and click «Connect». 5. Click «Sign». 6. The attached wallet will appear in the Wallets section and will be verified automatically. *** ### Example of using WalletConnect With this way of adding a wallet, we recommend using a computer, because then you will need to scan the QR code with your phone. Here is an example of how you can create a wallet via WalletConnect if you use Trust Wallet. 1. Go to the Imported wallets section and click "Add wallet". 2. Click «Wallet Connect». 3. Download the Trust Wallet app on your smartphone and sign up for it. 4. Click «Settings» in the app menu and select the «Wallet Connect» option. The attached wallet will appear in the Wallets section and will be verified automatically. # How to withdraw a digital miner You can withdraw digital miners stored in your virtual wallet to any of your personal wallets linked to your account. {% hint style="warning" %} * Miners issued in the **ETH network** can be withdrawn only to ERC-20 wallets * Miners issued in the **BSC network** can be withdrawn only to BEP-20 wallets, etc. {% endhint %} 1. Go to the My miners section and click on the miner you want to withdraw. 2. Click the Withdraw button on the miner's page. 3. If needed, you can add other miners to withdraw several at once. Then click Next 5. Check all the data carefully. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email and click Confirm. All done! Your withdrawal request has been created and will be completed within 24 hours. # How to activate a miner from Getgems ### Overview If you bought a digital miner on **Getgems**, you need to connect your TON wallet to GoMining for activation. The flow depends on whether you are using a desktop or a mobile version of GoMining. ### Activation on desktop 1. Buy a miner on Getgems. 2. Open the purchased miner’s page on Getgems. 3. Click **Activate miner on GoMining** button:
