What is the Platinum+ Subscription?
Platinum+ Subscription gives you access to Platinum I VIP privileges, no matter what your current VIP level is.
It’s the fastest way to unlock top-tier benefits without having to upgrade your mining power or hold large amounts of tokens.
Does the subscription change my VIP level?
No.
The Platinum+ Subscription does not change your VIP level. Your VIP status will remain the same before, during, and after your subscription.
What benefits does the subscription provide?
With an active Platinum+ subscription, you get the following benefits:
Access to Platinum I privileges
A 15% discount on boosts purchased in Miner Wars
However, the Platinum+ subscription does not offer GoBoxes as rewards for reaching VIP levels. Instead, you can earn GoBoxes only by advancing through the VIP levels on your own.
Who can get a Platinum+ Subscription?
Any user can activate a Platinum+ Subscription, regardless of their current VIP level.
If your VIP level is already higher than Platinum I, activating a Platinum+ Subscription will not take away or change your current privileges.
Can I activate the subscription if my VIP level is Platinum I or higher?
Yes, you can. If your VIP level is Platinum I or higher, you will keep all the privileges of your current VIP tier.
With Platinum+, you keep your benefits. If your VIP level drops below Platinum I, you will still have access to all Platinum I perks as long as your subscription is active.
Plus, with Platinum+, you get a 15% discount on boosts in Miner Wars for as long as your subscription is active.
What is the subscription cost, and how can I pay?
Subscription price: $29.99 per 30 days
Each billing period lasts 30 days.
You can pay for the subscription using:
A bank card (processed through Ecommpay)
GOMINING tokens from your account balance
Can I change my payment method?
At the moment, you need to cancel your active subscription and then re-subscribe using your new card or account.
We are working on a feature that will let you update your payment method directly without canceling your subscription in the future!
How long does the subscription last, and what happens when it ends or is canceled?
Subscriptions renew every 30 days. If a payment fails, your Platinum+ subscription will end, and all benefits will be removed.
If you cancel your subscription manually, you will keep your Platinum+ benefits until the end of your current billing period. Your VIP level will not be affected by either action.
You can reactivate Platinum+ at any time by making a new payment.
Can I try the VIP subscription for free?
Yes! Sometimes, we offer a VIP subscription for a limited time during special promotions or as a thank-you to active members.
